Pinap Berries represent catch value.Nanab Berries represent catch efficiency, by reducing wastage by eliminating balls wasted when they're doing the attack animation and slightly improving catch chance by eliminating bad throws against jumps. If you're interested in the latter, the Razz are just better. And when would you ever be interested in the former?It seems Nanab Berries are best used just against Pokémon that you don't really care about catching but have annoying dodge patterns like Ledyba that you're just catching for the stardust and XP.But even then, how much are these berries really improving your efficiency? More than if you just had an additional ball to throw instead of the berry?
