"S2 Cells Map blocking at level 15"

#PokemonGO: With the whole S2 data trend going on at the silph road right now I thought this might be interesting: It seems that military areas are blocked using level 15 S2 cells. For example the Fort de Bilt, Netherlands.In-game image blocked areaSeeing how square the cutoff was made me realise it was cut using S2 regions.After using http://ift.tt/2B6KH3m to check the cells it seemed that level 15 was a perfect fit for the cutoff shown above. Level 14 and 16 don't seem to fit the seen cut-off so I'm 99% sure it's actually level 15.Gymhunter to confirm that it's the right locationMilitary fort marked on OpenstreetmapsS2 overlay at level 15Side note: The fort is actually bigger than the part cutoff but the northern part of the fort is marked as a landuse=park instead, so it's not seen as a military area.
