I received a shiny Rotom with the name Dexter a while ago through Sword and Shield’s Surprise trade system. It’s original trainer’s name is Wynn, it is originally from the Alola region. It’s only level one but it knows Hex, Electro Ball, Ominous Wind and Shock Wave. I really want to find the original owner of Dexter just in case they want it back.
