#PokemonGO: Like /u/fenghuang1 said, the rule 2 thing is nonsense. The mods complain about too much negativity when they delete all of the positive humor/meme posts. I recently had my post with 5200+ upvotes deleted because it was a screenshot. If a post makes members of the sub happy and they like it, they should not be deleted.
