"Base Attack for Togetic is 139 (not 140)."

#PokemonGO: I believe the species data on SilphRoad http://ift.tt/2j7DirJ has an incorrect value for Togetic base attack. Also incorrect on GamePress, IV & ToolKit for Pokemon Go and GoIV (Android). PokeGenie (iOS) and Ditto CP Calculator (Android) have correct value.I used the ToolKit to measure my Togepi after hatching, resulting in 14/15/14 IV values. After evolving to Togetic, Toolkit measured 13/15/14. I checked result against Ditto CP Calculator, which matched CP at 14/15/14 for Togetic.These are the values for my Togetic: Level 20, CP 872, 74 HP Prior to evolve, CP was 303.I checked with a friend who has a 14/14/15 Togetic on iOS using PokeGenie. His measured IV did not change after evolving, and they matched values on Ditto CP Calculator, which uses 139 for Base Attack. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2i8LLHe
