"Why don't we have Pokemon Outbreak alerts"

#PokemonGO: It seems like it would be so easy for Niantic to add. Periodically have a bunch of Pokemon spawn in a random location for a few hours, and then give everyone within X miles a push notification. They could even monetize it by allowing sponsoring businesses (like Starbucks) to pay extra to be on the outbreak rotation.It would be pretty cool to see a bunch of players converging in one public area (like a park... they'd have to be careful about that, but they have the open maps data to pull it off) to catch limited spawns. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2oIkY7y
