"[Suggestion] Increased Item Storage and New Ball Types"
#PokemonGO: INCREASED ITEM STORAGEI'm sure many of us are in agreement that the limit for item storage upgrades should be increased. As future updates are released, the variety of items will inevitably increase with new evolution items, berries and possibly balls. I, like many others, regularly have a full bag and need to frequently trash items just to continue spinning pokestops. Increasing the limit via purchasable storage upgrades would be a simple way for niantic to please many of the hardcore players and generate additional revenue.NEW BALL TYPESQuick Ball: x5 catch multiplier when used at the beginning of any wild encounter, x1 catch multiplier when used at any point afterwards. Random drop from pokestops.Dusk Ball: x4 catch multiplier when used at night, x1 catch multiplier when used during the day. Random drop from pokestops.Premier Ball: standard x1 catch multiplier. It wouldn't serve much purpose in GO unless we are ever able to see the ball each of our pokemon were caught in. These would be given as a free reward when purchasing balls from the shop and possibly given to us as a participation gift via promo codes for attending future events.Timer Ball: gradually becomes more effective the longer any wild encounter lasts. The formula used for this one is a little complicated and doesn't translate from the main series to GO as well, but I think it would work well if it had the following catch mulitpliers: x1 turns 1-3, x2 turns 4-5, x3 turns 6-7, x4 turns 8-9, x5 turns 10+. Random drop from pokestops.Master Ball: catches any wild pokemon without fail. There could be a few ways to obtain these to ensure everyone has an opportunity, but maintain balance. They could be given at future events via promo codes. One could be given as a level up reward for the milestone levels: 30, 35, 40 and retroactively rewarded to players who have already reached those levels. They could be purchasable via the shop for 1000-2000 coins per ball. This way, everyone would have access to them, but they would be expensive enough that nobody would realistically be able to hoarde an abundance of them. Lastly, they could be an extremely rare drop from pokestops: ~0.001% droprate. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2pKgGNO
