#PokemonGO: Flying-type Pokemon have a x0.51 resistance to Ground-type damage, similar to immunity in the main games. Even though Ground is super effective against Fire and Electric, 0.51*1.4 is only 0.714.I'm not saying using Ground-type attacks is the worst option ever, it will just dial back your DPS significantly.Did I mention that Golem resists both Moltres and Zapdos' attacks, has Rock Throw, and that the Geodude family is only 1km for buddy candy?Edit: If you want an example of how bad Ground is vs the birds, against Moltres Golem will deal more damage if it just spams Rock Throw and never uses Earthquake (you still want to use Rock Blast/Stone Edge/Ancient Power though) via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2w6MJKH
