#PokemonGO: What if they implement Mew somewhat like Ditto (since Mew uses transform in the Anime to disguise itself as other Pokemon) and leave it to RNG sort of like shiny Magikarp/Pikachu. You have a very small chance of it being Mew but it's individual to each person. This way Mew stays rare and isn't extremely easy to attain like the other Legendary Pokemon or through an "exclusive" raid system.
