"Tusk's Raid Team Builder (v1.1.0)"

#PokemonGO: Tusk's Raid Team BuilderAfter falling in love with soloing T3 raids, and trying to do higher Tier raids with as few players as possible, I started messing around with PokeBattler a lot, but this still led me to do a lot of math myself when it came to figuring out if I could beat a boss with my team in time, or how fast I could beat the boss in general (win or lose). If any of you have had a similar issue, this tool is for you! It's not only for the solo crowd, have you ever wanted to 2-3 man Tyranitar? Well now you can find out if you have the team for that too!Tusk's Raid Team Builder v1.1.0NEW FEATURES-Now uses "Power %" and "Time to Win" as inputs instead of "DPS" & "Faint Time"-Chance to win % added-Best/Worst Time to Win addedKEY FEATURES-Uses 2 easy to find parameters from Pokebattler.com to simulate raid battles with your own custom team of Pokemon-Works for any Tier of raid-Simulates 1-20 players in the raid group. There are some helpful images on the 'Intro' page of the calculator that show you where to find these numbers. Here's a quick guide to finding them that anyone can follow, even those unfamiliar with PokeBattler:1.) Head to Pokebattler.com2.) How to simulate raid battles: Input the Pokemon you'd like to simulate into your Pokebox (quickest, most convenient method), or in a simulation against a raid boss manually. To do this, go to the "Battle" page, select the Pokemon you wish to raid against, and set it's CP to 100,000 (any very high number will work, but this is guaranteed and easy to remember) before simulating. This will give it the health of it's respective Tier as a raid boss.3.) How to find your 'Time to Win' & 'Power %': If you are using a Pokebox, head to the 'Raids' tab, select which raid boss you plan on facing, and then look for the simulation results of the Pokemon you wish to add to the calculator. On the image of the Pokemon, you will see a number labeled "Time to Win" in the lower corner of the Pokemon's image. On the same image, you will also find a number labeled "Power %". If you are not using a Pokebox, these numbers will both be labeled at the top of the simulation results page.NOTE: For some Pokemon in the Pokebox, the "Power %" may be off. (i.e. Ttar vs. PC/FS Alakazam is 337% on the box image, but is ~440% in reality on sim results). Make sure to double check this by clicking the small play button in the upper corner of the Pokemon's image. This will open up the simulation results page.Once you have these numbers, follow these easy steps to find out if your attempt will end in success, or failure:1.) Select the number of players you plan on attempting the raid with (1-4)2.) Select the Tier of the raid you plan on attempting. This is done by selecting the HP of the raid boss in the scroll down menu labeled "Raid Tier"3.) Select the name of your Pokemon4.) Enter the Time to Win of your Pokemon in the column labeled "Time to Win"5.) Enter the Power % of your Pokemon in the column labeled "Power %"6.) After you've done this with all of your Pokemon, check to see how your team of Pokemon will perform against the raid boss! There is a section on the intro page that lists all possible outcomes, so make sure to check that if you're having any issues.Good luck raiding out there everybody! May your candies be plentiful, and you bags forever filled with TMs! If you have any feedback, feel free to let me know. I'm always looking to improve the calculator. Thanks to u/cartesianboat for letting me pick their brain on the subject. Hopefully this version is more user-friendly, fluid, and accurate. Finally, a special thanks to u/celandro and those over at PokeBattler for all of the awesome work they do.UPDATE (10/30 8:19 PM EST):-Fixed an issue causing a false failure with T5 raids-Fixed an issue effecting the bottom 6 Pokemon-Added functionality for up to 20 players in the raid via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2gWoaxS
