"Why is no one talking about this game breaking glitch/bug?"

#PokemonGO: I'm tallking about the raid Dodge bug where the Pokemon dodges the damage but still takes the damage. You're then unable to do anything until the Pokemon faint. It happens in every single raid. Were we not meant to Dodge? I'm unable to solo raids because of the 5-10+ seconds of damage/time I lose. I'm also getting less damage bonus for the raids I don't solo.The old gyms had this exact same bug. It's been around for at least all of 2017. Why is nothing being done about it?
