Pokemon Apocalypse Challenge:It finally happened. The apocalypse has come to pass and society has crumbled. People are trying to rebuild, but everyone knows the world will never be the same again. But you won't let something like that stop you from setting off on your quest to be the very best, will you? Scavenging from the ruins of the past, you will find a way to rise up and prove yourself in this new world.The Pokemon Apocalypse Challenge is a set of special challenge rules designed to make the game harder in a somewhat unique fashion. With limited access to healing and items, you have to plan carefully how you will use the items you have; on the same vein, limited PC access forces careful team planning with HM moves in mind.Rule 1: Pokemon Centers are closed!The Pokemon Centers are all closed, as there's no one to run them.You are forbidden to use Pokemon Centers to heal your team.Rule 2: The PC system is shut down!The PC system has gone down due to a lack of experts to run it. The daycare has taken over Pokemon storage.You can deposit Pokemon into any PC, but you can not take them back from any PC except the one in the Daycare.Rule 3: All stores are closed!Most stores have been looted clean; what little is left is marked up beyond reason.You may not buy from or sell to Pokemarts or other stores. Herb Shops are still open since they grow their own wares.Special Exception: You are allowed to "buy" Premier Balls by buying 10 Pokeballs and selling them back right away.Rule 4: Only one chance!The stakes of being a trainer are higher than ever. One false move can spell the end of your quest and even your life.If you black/white out, you fail the challenge.Minor Rules:1: No connecting to other games.2: No using Legendary Pokemon.3: No save-scumming.Okay, the story here is simple. I made up these rules and then realized I don't have what it takes to actually win the challenge. So, I decided to write them down and post them here for others to see.
