"Frustrated"

#PokemonGO: Some neckbeard in my town spends every waking hour using six phones with six accounts and constantly holds every gym in town with 6x 3k+ CP Pokemon. My strongest push maybe 2300-2500 CP.The other day I burned through my potions and finally took over a gym, only to have him show up four minutes later, knock me out, and put all six back in. I essentially traded all of my potions and a few revives for 1 pokecoin.I don't spend money on this game any more. It's frustrating that this brat with six phones runs this town and there's nothing I can do about it.Has anyone seen a situation like this? How did you deal with it, or does it still persist?
