"[IDEA] A way to keep best friends using the gift system: Great gifts"

#PokemonGO: I was thinking about how in my experience, there's little reason to send/open gifts with best friends. Some of my xp-grinder friends out there have even discussed removing best friends once they reach the max level. What I propose to solve these problems and make the gift system a little more interesting than it currently is what I like to call: Great Gifts (or Ultra gifts, honestly the name is the least important part of this).My idea is basically this:for every 10-20 or so gifts you send, you get a rare/better/great/ultra gift.this is to give people incentive to send gifts instead of just receiving them to level up (something I am guilty of)the gifts can only be sent to "best friends" (tier 4)inside this gift are items of a greater value than those you get out of the normal giftsitems could possibly include: 1-use incubators, silver pinaps, lucky eggs, raid passesnot too high in value so as to break niantic's bank but better than the normal gift rewardsother possible gift drops could be a large amount of stardustmaybe like 1000-3000 dusta friend of mine suggested that maybe the gifts could contain a pokemon that has a chance for shinykinda like how the 7k eggs recently had regionalsWhat do you all think of this idea?​EDIT: fellow redditor suggestions for items in the gifts:TM'sregional/10k eggsjust in general better gifts the higher the friendship level via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2QSog69
