#PokemonGO: For those who do not remember, the first time we got a rebalance was the release of Gen 2. CP was altered and moves were changed significantly to match. Less than a week later, the Game Master updated to change moves again (making it faster, quick moves being more like the Gen 1 version). With Gen 4 about to change things again, you should wait on spending all your TMs in case of another quick-fix. EDIT: To clarify, the CP formula change happened pre-G2 release except for Lapras.
