"My brother and I duo'd Heatran! + Story, Raid Footage, and Duo Guide"

#PokemonGO: Backstory:It's July 6th, 2016, and I'm visiting home for a few weeks after my college semester has ended. I'm browsing Reddit like usual and see a new post - Pokemon GO has launched, 7 minutes ago. Say what, now? I check it out on the Google Play store and it has like a thousand downloads, no reviews. I download it and sure enough it's the game I had heard about numerous times online. I yell across the house for my brother to download it, he's reluctant but he does it.We're sitting at the house for maybe an hour trying to figure out how the app works, perplexed by the Pokemon that were inside our house since we hadn't turned off AR mode yet. We run out of Pokemon at the house, so we do the natural thing for two brothers to do after POGO launches- run around like madmen all night long until sunrise, catching every single pidgey and rattata we see using the still working tracking system. Our highschool gym served as the spot where we both chose team Mystic together after hitting Level 5.After going back to college, POGO served as a bond between my brother and I. Anytime we would level up, catch a new awesome pokemon, or find a shiny once they were released, we would let each other know. Once trading came out we started saving good trade candidates to give each other when I visit, and we each have a decent amount of lucky pokemon because of it. Playing pokemon go is something I still do regularly, even started a YT channel over, but more importantly it's something my brother and I absolutely love doing together during the 2 annual visits home I make to my family while being an out-of-state college student.Fast forward to present day. I'm home for the holidays and we head out to play with the intention of grinding stadust and items from stops. We're heading towards a big park with our highschool on the path, and see a Heatran raid there. We initially were just annoyed that it was just the two of us, assuming we wouldn't be able to do it. Or could we? We head to the gym while I'm using PokeGenie to find my Heatran counters on the way there. Depending on the moveset we may be able to, so we give it a shot, and we DID IT! We were just perplexed by the fact that we were able to duo a legendary raid, just the two of us.In the very spot we duo'd Heatran, we chose our teams together and were perplexed by pokemon with CP's over 100 just 2.5 years ago.
