"Fun fact: Gamefreak forgot Scizor cant fly"

In the latest games, the most recent being Pokken Tournament DX, Scizor has been shown to fly, or at least hover around. However, every pokedex entry from gens 2 and 3 say Scizor is either too heavy to levitate, or is just incapable.
