"Do people still create Pokémon Sprites?"

Back in the early 2010's there was a high audience for Pokémon Sprite creators on Youtube. Those who took the Pokémon from gens 1-5 and fused them together to make new Pokémon. Creators such as Arkeisvid, twoohfive205, Ashadow255, and even the classic days of Aquablade11, are no longer around with limited exceptions. Is Pokémon Sprite Making a dead art? There are very few people that I can find that still makes Sprite fusions. Nowadays the only sprites you see are from the generator. I used to make Sprites myself and recently made a new batch of sprites but without the community to share with and no Sprite Contests to join, it makes me wonder when did it stop? via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3yL0dM9
