"Both sides of the Pokémon Community need to understand that it is NEVER okay for a company like Game Freak to release half baked games"

Even if you didn't have any issues with your game it does not excuse the fact that these games should've been delayed and given more time. I understand that maybe you were playing Scarlet and Violet and you didn't have any issues which is good lucky for you, but for many others it still happened and it should never be ignored. Although the games are good it should be clear that they needed more polish and time. The people who feel strongly about Scarlet and Violet are valid. They have every right to be upset with the game not being polished and they should not be shamed on when voicing their frustrations. I encourage the Pokémon Community to understand why this is such a big deal.Lastly, it is never okay to defend a game that is broken and you suddenly act like the game is "good to you" but you fail to acknowledge the issues and you act as if its a good thing. That is a toxic mindset that gamers have that really needs to stop.Edit: Clearly there is some misunderstanding. I said in my post that the games are good for what they are but they should be called out for it not being well polished. When I say "anyone who defends a game that is broken is toxic" I am referring to the ones who keep trying to act like the game is all perfect and nothing is wrong with it. This is not mean they should not have fun but to acknowledge what the problem is.Edit 2: I understand those who disagree and I respect their opinions but all this name calling and trying to shame others for having a different opinion is really childish and is making everyone look bad. This is why cannot have a healthy discussion. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/vw90gfD
