"Clefairies spawning during full moon"

#PokemonGO: In the Pokédex Clefairy has a description that says, "On every night of a full moon, groups of this pokemon come out to play." I have always wondered if this affected the spawns somehow. I have seen this mentioned by a moderator here: http://ift.tt/2b1NQlD but I believe it was left unanswered. The next full moon is on August 18th at 5:27am GMT, let me know if you see anything, I'll be out too.Edit 1: I wrote this pretty quickly before I had to do some things and I realize that the title may be misleading.
