"Suddenly new & pretty rare Pokemon invading my neighborhood spawn points"

#PokemonGO: No idea what's going on, but in the last 10 hours or so, I've had all these guys spawn within a 2 block radius of me:Ponyta (at least 4)CharmanderBulbasaurAlakazamVulpix (showing up CONSTANTLY)TaurosRaichuNidokingSnorlaxThe usual Pikachu's, Nidoran M & F, Rhyhorn's, Abra's, Eevee's, Exeggcute's, Pidgeotto's, Venonat's and Growlithe's have been spawning consistently as they always do, but these are new. Alakazam was the only new one for me, but was dying for another Snorlax since mine is only 459 and the 1647 one that I ran out of balls trying to get weeks ago haunts me deeply so I was happy to grab a new one. The other day Jigglypuff's were spawning consistently in one of the spawn points near me. What's with these unusual appearances I wonder?! Theories??UPDATE: It's like 10 minutes after I posted this and an Arbok, 2 Pikachu's, Golbat and another Tauros just spawned. WHAT'S HAPPENING! I had no life because of this game as it was now it's going to consume my every waking moment!EDIT: I completely forgot that within the past maybe 3 days, a Gastly spawned on the next cul de sac over, 2 Ivysaur's spawned within a few minutes of each other and a Machop showed up at a consistent spawn location a couple blocks down. I'd never seen Gastly or Ivysaur in the wild. Machop I get by the dozens at the pier, but it was cool/unusual to see him by my house!UPDATE 2: Just checked what was at the Van Nuys court house right now because I was considering stocking up on balls because there are lots of pokestops there... and there was a Machop, 2 Machoke's, an Electrode, A Snorlax, an Onix and a Flareon are all there at the same time just feet from each other.
