#PokemonGO: If they want to go with the totally random encounter approach they need to have individualized spawns that are based on how far you are traveling. That would be similar to the original games (I'm having a blast playing yellow for the first time), walking around randomly in grass until something pops up.In hindsight, spawn density based on population density is a bad assumption, the math just doesn't work, any fool can see that (something needs to 'cost' in proportion to player density for it to balance). It should be based on how much you are 'go'ing. That would also balance rural and urban players.They need a game formula that is "non-dimensionalized" (scaled) against your location. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2adDLju
