"Is the game's performance getting steadily worse for anyone? Even with a modern phone?"

#PokemonGO: To me, it seems the game's overall performance has only gotten worse over time. I have a Galaxy Note 5, not exactly a cheapo phone, but I've noticed that the game's performance degrades the longer I have it open. Viewing Pokemon used to remain buttery smooth. Tapping on them, seeing them do their little animation and hearing their cry sound. However, ever since the Buddy update, it seems like the FPS on that screen drops, the longer I have the game open.The thing is, I noticed this degradation is spreading. Now the Pokemon list gets worse over time, even viewing the journal, or trainer panel with the badges, or even the buddy screen just gets worse over time. Some of these had started to happen as recent as today, and I haven't updated the game or anything, been on 0.41.4 for as long as it's been out.It seems it's even spreading to the map. Swiping my finger across the screen slowly to pan around used to always be smooth, but now it jerks a bit, if I've had the game open for a while.What the actual crap is going on? Has anyone else observed this? EDIT: It really feels like there's something that triggers it, and sends it all down hill. This morning, as soon as I logged in, it was immediately laggy. All of the interfaces were just lagging all to hell. Restarted the game, and for a whole hour, it remained relatively smooth in most of the interfaces.The view Pokemon did its usual degradation in performance over time, but everything else remained pretty smooth.
