"Is it just me, or since the update before last, the vast majority of caught Pokemon have Horrible IV's?"

#PokemonGO: Even since the appraisal feature has been added in I've been reviewing Pokemon IV after every caught Pokemon, but since the update before last I've been noticing the vast majority of Pokemon have the lowest IV ratings. Never before was I getting some of the worst IV ratings being the same 5 times in a row. I was getting a pretty even number of the various IV distributions..Was this intentional or another bug with the increased spawned pokemon? via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2dNRAu4
