"Can we list all the known Pokémon that have been observed changing into Ditto?"

#PokemonGO: [Edit 2] u/paanvaannd collected already a lot of information, including the Pokémons that have been observed changing into Ditto amongst other things, and is collecting more data; give it a shot! LINK HEREThere are a lot of posts now about Ditto, but shouldn't we centralize some info, like for instance "in which various forms Ditto has been found"?For now, I've only found one appearing as Rattata, many people reported having their Ditto from a Pidgey, so I'm putting those two in the following list and hopefully with your help we will be able to complete it:Pidgey (multiple reports)Rattata (multiple reports)Magikarp (multiple reports)Zubat (multiple reports)Spearow (2 reports)Pidgeot (2 reports)Ekans?
