Corsola's encounter rate is 1% in Melemele sea, and 5% on Route 9. These are so low, but for good reason. It's well known now that Mareanie consume Corsola spines, so I would have to suggest that Mareanie has been over-consuming Corsola and reducing the population. Perhaps something to do with our own Coral reef being attacked by giant spiny starfishes...? via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2fXc4yE
