"[Gameplay spoilers inside obviously] Can we make a compilation of things to do in postgame?"

I've found a few cool battles just by running around the region (Guzma, Game Freak, the Principal and her... bodyguard?, Faba), but I assume there are more. I also did the UB quest and reached the battle tree, but I'm sure there's at least a few more things you can do around alola in postgame. Can we get a big list going?
