Is there anything this glorious god cannot do?He comes out the box with a False Swipe clone, which makes catching everything so much easier early on before you get the TM itself. This is a good start, but there's more.Are normal moves a bit dull? Perhaps you need something special to get you out of a tough spot, or to spice up a routine battle? This guy comes with Metronome, essentially bringing the entire library of moves with him - yes, sometimes he'll buff meaningless stats or just explode randomly, but sometimes you get a game-winning V-Create. Once you have Normalium Z you can enjoy the thrill of Z-Metronome: a move that will do absolutely nothing, or summon end-game finishers before you've even left the first island.What sort of person would spend their entire cash supply on an impulse desire for overpriced sunglasses? Certainly not me, no sir - but let's just suggest that this did absolutely happen, then this guy is covering the costs. Happy Hour doubles your cash, and when combined with Amulet Coin, doubles it again - this is QUADRUPLING your income from trainer battles, just from one turn. You literally never have to worry about money again, or at least not until you blow it all on a fancy backpack.So what else does this god have to offer? Well, when evolved to Snorlax it's an absolute tank, sponging hits on switch-ins like a champ. It can learn Chip Through, which will get you out of those awkward scenarios where your enemy is behind all the defensive buffs in the world, but more importantly at Level 20 it even learns Yawn - so this pokemon with False Swipe and a move that gives you free money ALSO has a 100% reliable Sleep Move. Only a Smeargle could have this much utility on one moveset.tl;dr I think Munchlax is a pretty cool guy.
