By overworld I mean when you can see miltank standing for example the one next to the day care lady. I hope it doesn't hurt the miltank like milk drink does when you use it outside of battle. It is faster then the pokecenter as well since its two dialogue boxes, one where the miltank moos at you and one to say they are healed. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2gi3dcb
