Due to my no exp share grinding strat, I have absolutely no money. So I went to Po Town's Center to see what would happen if I didn't have the 10 bucks needed to get the heals. What happens is the male grunt says:"No way, you little piece of trash! If you want our help, we'll need your cash!"And that's it. Mystery solved.
