#PokemonGO: Someone said this in a thread and I have been thinking about if it's true or not. The argument was that the IV's are reflected in the CP. So is a 0% IV pokémon as strong as a 100% IV one (obviously in a lower level) if they have the same amount of CP and HP? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2hwpkKV
