"A huge part of Berlin is a single nest."

#PokemonGO: With another nest migration gone by and still no change in sight I want to bring some attention to meganests all around the world and your experience of living in one.At the beginning of Pokemon Go, the whole southwest of Berlin has been a Meganest. I found this picture showing the area recently. The area is at least 123 km² (47.x square miles).It was Diglett first, then Paras, but on the second migration it disappeared. We got to find actual nests, I reported every one i found to the nest atlas and was excited to visit nearby parks and not having to travel through the whole city to catch some different Pokemon.Then Halloween happened. After it was over we got two more weeks of Cubone. All the nests have disappeared again and we were back to the original state - except we now knew how it actually was supposed to be and... well, it was Cubone.Next migration brought Weedle, then Kabuto and now Paras again. I like them all, but how exciting was catching a Scyther in one park, then a Rhyhorn in the next while passing through frequent spawn points of Jigglypuff and Bulbasaur?If you looked at the nest atlas of Berlin in the recent weeks you might have noticed just a whole lot of unconfirmed single spots all over the southwest. That is the reason, I wouldn't even know where to put the marker to report it, since they are everywhere and at least as common as Pidgey.Where else in the world does such a meganest exist?How do you feel about them?Did you have normal nests at some point?TLDR: Meganest replaced all the normal nests in a huge Area. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2hStixR
