"Egg Incubators"

#PokemonGO: I was thinking that incubators should be used by distance rather than uses. Say 20k instead of 3 uses. This would make them last a bit longer and fit with the distances better as well as encouraging hatching more eggs. Not sure if this has been suggested or not.
