"I wish I could go back to summer"

#PokemonGO: During the summer, POGO was the shit, all my friends played, pokestops were almost constinatley lured up, and there was never a shortage of people to play with/gym raid. We would always go to this once park about 20 minutes away which had 8 pokestops (all lured all the time) and two gyms. I shit you no there were at least 100 people and sometimes more there no matter what time. Some kid even set up a Pokemon themed candy and hotdog stand.I just recently got back from college for winter break and went to go back to the stop to catch some more mon (pokedex currently at 135 level 27). It was very saddening to see not a single soul at the park. No lures, no people excitingly milling around jeering about the lastest spawns and bragging about recent catches. For fucks sake, there was a 1500 Taurous guarding one of the gyms.None of the friends I used to play with want to go take down a gym or hunt for new spawn areas. It kinda blows.Where did everyone go?
