"New tracker frustration... Anyone else?"

#PokemonGO: I was anxiously awaiting the tracker update but must say that I'm disappointed so far, as functionality seems to be lost and not gained. I have two main examples of this in both my work and home locations.Work Location Tracker Experience This is a commercial park with many office buildings. There is a poke stop about 3 blocks away, but we have many spawn points at each building between. Pre-update the tracker showed my building and the surrounding building spawns. Post-tracker. I only see pokemon from the pokestop 3 blocks over.Home location Home is Rural/Suburban (community in rural area). Nearest Pokestop 2 miles away. Normal spawns and tracker would always show 6-9 things depending on time of day. I can walk 100 feet or less in any direction from my home and catch something... However, post-update my tracker shows 0 things all the time. This is despite me being able to catch things as I walk down my driveway.For me, this is a loss in tracking, not a gain. I spend little time in range of pokestops except for when I go in town to refill balls and potions.
