"[Discussion] I feel like Niantic's long term plan is deeply flawed."

#PokemonGO: To start of, I have been a huge Pokemon fan ever since I was a kid. Saw the shows and movies, played most of the games until it got to x and y or black and white, I'm not sure why I stopped... Probably just grew out of it but Pokemon GO brought me back.I mean really brought me back, I played for days on end, months even... But I feel like Niantic thinks this game will last for years. That they can release new Pokemon once ever year and things will be fine.I mean, put the brand that is Pokemon aside. Think of the last big game that everyone played, think about how long the craze lasted. A year? Two? And then what... It just dies away.I'm just frustrated, it seems like Niantic think they can take their time and drop new features whenever its convenient or strategic and that people will stick around.Speaking only for myself, I've gone from playing 3+ hours a day to barely opening the app altogether. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2k1lDSq
