"Gym arrangements"

#PokemonGO: So there are just a few gyms around my local hometown area. One Mystic player that plays A LOT and spends on the game A LOT took the gyms every day. When he got tired of taking all the gyms and driving around he created a list of gyms that should be ''fairly'' distributed around all three teams. Most of the players agree to that list and even have second accounts (that I can't prove) to throw their own team members out so they can get into the gym.So the ten people from every team (the most ''influential'' trainers) now get about 100 coins every day and are very satisfied with the system. I on the other hand think it is super unfair but can't do anything about it. I never agreed to the system. When I took one of the gyms that wasn't on the list they threw me out of our local fb group where we help eachother and were super shitty about it. Now all of my fellow Valor players are giving me hard time too because they like the system.So I am afraid they'll report me together even though I didn't do anything wrong. And this mafia – like arrangements are really really ruining the game for me. Can I do anything about it and has anyone else experienced something like that?TL;DR: In a small town pokemon trainers from all teams joined in a mafia like arrangemet regarding gyms and are giving hard time and ruining the game for those who refuse to collaborateEDIT: They left 4 gyms in the center of the town as neutral (you don't break the agreement if you take them).
