"How do you manage your bag (ideal item distribution)?"
#PokemonGO: I recently finished maxing my bag storage capacity up to 1000, and because of the luxury of having 2 accessible PokeStops right on top of the library I study and read frequently at, I'm at capacity now (and I'm a bit of a hoarder, so I am accumulating a nice stash of max potions, max revives, and ultra balls).Curious what everyone's ideal bag composition is.For simplicity sake, I'm rolling all the types of Pokeballs into one category (same with the potions), since "ideally" we'd love to have 100% ultras. Here's my approximation: ~200 potions ~150 revives (including max revives) ~50 miscellaneous (incubators, incense, lure modules, lucky eggs) ~100 razz berries ~500 ballsI currently have 25 incense from the Xmas sales (to be used on rare occasions where I'm back home in central MN playing with my little brother and there's no pokestops around), along with a few incubators, eggs, and lures.I've found that razz berries are easy enough to accumulate that I have to really go out of my way to burn through the stash once I've been 150+; and I didn't run out even during the Holiday event despite throwing razz berries at pretty much every decent primary. My 'hard floor' of how many to have in my stash before NOT using them at all is around 30-40, because in the event I EVER run into a high CP snorlax or Dragonite or Chancey, I want to be able to have the ability to go 30+ ultra balls & razz berries deep if necessary. my current ball assortment is ~140/290/160 (poke, great, ultra), and because I sit spinning stops so much while studying at the library I start dumping pokeballs once my bag is full so I can continue spinning stops for the xp and to slowly grow the stash of more rare items. I don't know exactly how many great & ultras were used during the Holiday event, but my baseline stash went from almost 300/180 down to maybe ~100/60 so I like the idea of trying to maintain at least 400 great/ultra balls reserve for upcoming events. There have also been a couple times I've found incredible nests absent PokeStops, in particular a resort near Lake Michigan for a work conference: I depleted ALL my pokeballs and great balls (over 400 at that time) and about 75% of my ultras over 24 hours because the hotel area was spawning so many darned rare pokemon in addition to a magnemite/voltorb nest that had at least 8+ on screen EVERY time I opened the game.I am still a horribly inefficient gym battler, so I'm not sure where my eventual sweet-spot on potions and revives will end. Potions > revives, since ideally after each set of battles most of my pokemon's life are in the red rather than knocked out. I feel like I mostly am finding gyms to prestige in the level 6-9 range, so each gym that I drop into requires me ~6-15 potions (if I'm using hypers and max) and maybe 0-6 revives. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2iPAuek
