"Pokestop spin time reset changed to 5:30?"

#PokemonGO: Usually I can spin a Pokestop ever 5 minutes. Today I'm finding that it's taking 5:30. I've tried the same Pokestop repeatedly over the span of a couple of hours and it pretty consistent. I used a stopwatch a few times and got the following results:Timed this and got 5:31Tried again, got 5:31Tried again, got 5:29.
