"[Research Help] Eeveelution time dependency"

#PokemonGO: TL:DR I think that eeveelutions are time dependent and need help investigating. Evolve the same eevee caught on separate accounts at the exact same time.Motivation: Wife and I play together and have fun evolving our best catches at the end of the night. We usually do a countdown 3...2...1...evolve. Last few nights we have noticed a trend without eeveelutions. When we hit the button at the exact same time we get the same eeveelution and same move set. When we are off by a second it is the same eeveelution but different move set. Off by more than a few seconds and we get different eeveelutions.Research Time: I think eeveelutions and maybe move sets are determined by the timestamp of the server call. I would like help testing out a few different scenarios. If you have access to multiple accounts let’s try the following.
