The only reason we're using Magikarps here is for the fact that they have the shortest egg cycle, allowing you to get through the first step as quickly as possible.Isn't this cheating?No. Not once do you inject code into the game, modify it in any way, or make any magic happen on your computer that transfers to the game. All this process does is run on your computer to find where your RNG is in your game. Once you have that, you can then find whatever else you want without injecting.Does the RNG seed ever change?Yes. In fact, every time you accept or decline an egg, it changes. This is why during the final step, you should remove your parents from the nursery. They will produce another egg, and you will have to redo the entire 127 Magikarp step or somehow track the frames you skipped by accepting or declining the last egg.Do I set this up once and have it figured forever?No. As stated above, every egg decline or acceptance changes the frame your RNG seed is on.
