"These are the worst Pokemon in Gen 1 (on a objective, quantifiable basis)"

#PokemonGO: Inspired by this discussion, I wanted to find out myself, what the worst Gen1-Pokémon in PoGo is. Venusaur is hard to catch, therefore he scores just 1 point, but he won't run that much (I know, it feels different). You can't use Onix for anything, even his high defense is countered by his pathetic stamina. There are Pokémon with worse stats, but you can use them as evolution fodder after all.Ditto on the other hand, feels out of place on the podium.I want to add two more criteria into the analysis:How common is the Pokémon?Has it useful movesets?But I couldn't think of objective criteria (which is easily obtained) for those two criteria, so I let them out of this first iteration.
