"7th day spin streak bonus gives out evolutionary item"

#PokemonGO: Has anyone spun their 7th pokestop after the update and NOT received any evolutionary item? So far every single person i've talked to has received an evolutionary item from their 7th day spin streak including myself. So i'm interested in knowing if anyone has spun their 7th day spin streak stop and NOT received an item since gen 2 has been released.edit: 2 people so far have said they have not received an evolutionary item, the chance must be over 90%edit2: my second thought is on the nature of how items are distributed through the bonus, perhaps there is a rarity ranking where each tier of rarity is given a roll to see if you get the item, and the top tier of rarity where the evolutionary items are has a dramatically increased roll chance?
