"Chansey and Porygon can share the same spawn point"

#PokemonGO: This is a spawn point in northwestern Hong Kong. According to bot messages from a local scanner, today (Feb 10) a Porygon appeared at this spawn point during 15:44:11-16:14:11 local time, and a Chansey appeared at exactly the same spawn point during 16:44:11-17:14:11. I have caught them both. Here are some screenshots. Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot for the porygon to make it a valid proof, because that porygon would have despawned a few seconds after I clicked on it.It has been well-known that Chansey and Porygon are in different biomes. And after searching other posts here, I didn’t find other reports of both pokemon spawning at the same spawn point. So I decided to report it here.
