"How will Niantic manage Gen 1, Gen 2 AND all future Gen Pokémon spawns on the game map? Will Rattata/Pidgey become increasingly rarer?"

#PokemonGO: That's a lot of Pokémon to try to manage. In the original games, certain sections of the map only spawn specific Pokémon. This sounds too tedious to implement in the real world for every city/town in the world. Will Rattata become so rare to find by Gen 4 to make room for other common Pokémon to spawn?Or will Niantic allow increased spawns to make room for all Pokémon on screen? Perhaps they'll implement some other system entirely. What would you guys do? In my opinion, spawn rates should definitely increase, otherwise rare Pokémon will spawn too rarely once more Pokémon are added into the game.Will it matter at all? Is Niantic willing to balance over 700 different Pokémon for a good gym meta?
