"[Idea] Imagine if PoGo was like this..."
#PokemonGO: Just a collection of thoughts from my bored mind. I'm sure I'm not the first one to think of all this.Imagine if Pokemon Go had all these features: ->Battling wild Pokemon with your own mons to weaken them before capturing.->Pokestops having a "heal & revive" option, like Pokemon Centers, than can be used once per 4 hours per trainer to restore and revive all pokemon to full health.->TMs & HMs(*) dropped from pokestops, so that your perfect IV maxed out Rhydon won't have to defend gyms with Megahorn -.- (Seriously though, movesets of pokemon coming down to luck gets ridiculous at times.)->Battling increases a Pokemons CP. Or at least gives 1-2 candies for that particular pokemon.->Status conditions: Some moves should carry a chance of paralysis, burn, poison or sleep. Paralysed pokemon move a lot slower. Burned pokemon have weakened attack. Poisoned pokemon lose health over time, maybe even outside of gym battles. Sleeping pokemon do not attack for a given number of seconds.->Defending Pokemon should dodge from time to time.->Gym defender should be notified when his gym is attacked, and if he is online he should be able to log in and remotely take control of his defending mon and fight back. (Much like how refilling whatever-those-power-thingys-were-called in Ingress when a portal comes under attack)->Gym badges. If a player has had a defender at a gym at least once, he gets a virtual badge with that Gym's name and picture. Getting a complete set of badges corresponding to a city/town would be a big personal achievement. (Kind of like how Portal Keys work in Ingress, collecting keys corresponding to all portals in my area was great for bragging rights.)->Attacker nerf to give gyms a chance to be held longer. I alone can tear right through a level 10 gym held with moderately strong Pokemon and I'm not even level 30.->More accurate Pokemon balancing. Vaporeon shouldn't be that strong, Starters shouldn't be that weak, etc->Items that can be held by Pokemon. Sitrus berries heal 25% of HP once when health drops below 50%, Status cure berries can heal aforementioned statuses automatically etc.*(I realize that some of you have not played the original pokemon games and do not know what a TM or HM is. It is basically an item used to 'teach' Pokemon moves. So if your Vaporeon had Water Pulse as a charge move but you got the TM for Hydropump from a Pokestop, you can use it on the Vaporeon to replace Water Pulse with Hydropump. These TMs are destroyed after a single use. HMs are basically the same thing except they can be used multiple times.)What are your thoughts? Too far fetch'd? Stupid?
