#PokemonGO: According to the journal found in the Pokemon Mansion in the main series games, Mewtwo was created on Feb 6. I think Spoofers have ruined the idea that tons of people gather to their city's Mega Gym to defeat Mewtwo and therefore capture him by lowering the prestige to 0.
