"PSA: An easier way to get Alola Form Hidden Abilities than SOS chaining"
Today I made a neat discovery that will hopefully help a lot of people who are hunting for hard-to-get Alola form Hidden Abilities like Slush Rush Sandshrew, Galvanize Geodude, and Power of Alchemy Grimer. If you transfer a HA version of a Pokemon that has an Alola form from a previous game, you can breed it to get the Alola form with its HA. I wasn't sure if this would work or if it would result in either getting the non-Alola form for some reason or blocking the offspring from having the HA, but I tried it with a Poison Touch Muk from the XY Friend Safari, and I ended up with a batch of A-Grimer with Power of Alchemy!I hope this helps folks who are after those hard-to-get abilities. I'm not sure if this is widely known at this point, but I just figured it out today. It's definitely easier to get some of these 'mons with their HAs in gen 6, so this could be a big time-saver for somebody.Happy hunting!EDIT: Here is a list of all Alola form 'mons and how to get their HA in gen 6:Rattata/Raticate:ORAS only - DexNav on Route 117 (Rattata) / Route 118 (Raticate)Sandshrew/Sandslash:XY - Ground-type Friend Safari (Sandslash)ORAS - horde encounter on Route 111 (Sandshrew)Vulpix/Ninetales:XY - Fire-type Friend Safari (Ninetales)ORAS - DexNav on Mt.
