They are always level 10, and they only go down every one or two weeks. And yet my Pokemon last no more than 3 days in there. How come? I usually am sitting between 4th and 6th slots.Well, I've found out. There are some people who attack the gym, drop it to level 9, and immediatly train it back up, to put their newly levelled up Pokemon in. They are all level 34 to 37, so it's hard to compete CP-wise (I am level 30).
