"Communication from devs."

#PokemonGO: I am a fan of Halo Wars and Halo Wars 2. On their subreddit they occasionally have a thread with someone on the development team who asks what people are liking/disliking, if there's a delay on an update and what they think needs to change. My question is, why doesn't Niantic do something like this? They said they look through these subreddits. So why not just have a thread like this? It's super easy and it would help keep the fans off their backs in times like this where people are asking where the update is that was supposed to drop a week ago. Any thoughts? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2pmrO3P
